The system required two separate units for heat generation, one for air conditioning and one for DHW. Of course, it lacked efficient control, resulting in unnecessary energy use and difficult-to-manage peak demand. Added to this was the need to comply with strict safety controls, such as anti-legionella treatment, and to accurately monitor water consumption throughout the building in order to pass on electrical costs.   <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The kiconex Solution: kiControl and kiAnalytics<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Our solution was to implement through <strong>kiControl<\/strong>, an automated management system that allowed us to efficiently coordinate the valves, pumps and temperatures of the heat generation systems. This system, integrated with volumetric water and energy meters, allowed for real-time monitoring and automatic adjustments as needed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In addition, we connected the system to <strong>kiCloud<\/strong>, providing administrators with remote access to control the entire building, with the ability to receive alerts and manage consumption from anywhere. To comply with security regulations, we also include automatic <strong>anti-legionella<\/strong> treatment. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, thanks to kiAnalitics  <span style=\"color: #000000;\">automatic reports on water consumption can be generated. These reports allow Rosenh\u00fcgel managers to identify usage patterns and further optimize the management of this essential resource. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Results: Savings, Safety and Total Control<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Thanks to the implementation of our IoT solutions, Rosenh\u00fcgel now enjoys a much more efficient and secure operation.
